Driver allegedly being chased by LASTMA officials kills 2

At least two women have been killed by a driver who was allegedly being chased by officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).

It was gathered that the unfortunate accident occurred on Monday morning, November 13, along Gbagada Expressway area of the state.

The deceased are said to be officials of the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) who were sweeping the road.

It is however unclear why the LASTMA officials were chasing the driver.
