The Delta State Police command has captured three suspects for kidnapping a lady in Obinoba people group of Ukwuani Neighborhood Government Region of the state.
The capture came after the hijackers had gathered N2 million payoff and adornments worth N3.5 million as payoff.
Those captured are a self acclaimed minister and spouse to the head of the posse, Franca Okuzu; Kabi Kester, 43; furthermore, Henry Owojero, 42.
Celestine Okuzor Nova, the proprietor of the house in which the casualty was held hostage for six days, is currently at large.
Different suspects at large are Uche (family name obscure), Chinedu Etudo and Nweke (family name obscure).

The representative of the Delta State Police Order, Splendid Edafe, affirmed the advancement on Sunday.
Edafe said in an explanation that the lady and her children were returning from their shop at around 10:30pm on July 19 when three men furnished with weapons greeted them at the entry of their home in Obinoba and removed her.
The Agent Director of Police said: ” On 26/7/2023, the ruffians delivered the casualty in the wake of gathering a payoff of 2,000,000 Naira (N2,000,000) and different jewelleries worth around three million five hundred thousand naira (N3,500,000).
“Outfitted with significant data, the order set out on a knowledge drove examination which paid off when on 4/8/2023, the agents captured one Kabi Kester ‘m’ matured 43 years.
“Suspect when grilled, admitted to being an individual from the group that grabbed the lady.”
Edafe said Kester’s admission prompted the capture of two different suspects: Henry Owojero and Franca Okuzor, adding that they generally admitted to their association in the wrongdoing and went further to name four others: Celestine Okuzor Nova, Uche (family name obscure), Chinedu Etudo, and Nweke (family name obscure) as individuals from the group.
