The Bayelsa State Police Command has arrested one of the killers of Late SP Bako Angbashim, former Divisional Police Officer, DPO, of Ahoada Division, Rivers State.

The 43-year-old suspect, Onyekachi Ikowa, is the second in command to TuBaba, leader of the dreaded Icelander cult group in Rivers State.

A statement issued by the Bayelsa State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Asinim Butswat.

The command’s spokesperson in a statement on Saturday, November 18, said: “Based on intelligence report that Ikowa was hibernating in Yenagoa after the callous murder of Late SP Angbashim in September, Commissioner of Police in Bayelsa, Mr Francis Iduh, charged that he be fished out.

The suspect has been handed over to the police in Rivers for further investigation.”
