A yet-to-be identified South African man who is said to have been an employee of Sibanye-Stillwater’s 7 Shaft, a mining company, allegedly b+headed and cut open the abdomen of one of his colleagues on Friday, November 10.
According to Merafong Observer, an eyewitness revealed that, “The victim had gone into the medical aid offices at the shaft, and as he walked out toward his vehicle in the parking lot to get his clock card, the suspect allegedly attached him.”
He says that the suspect had two knives on him. One big knife and one smaller one. “He first stabbed the victim in his side, and the next thing we saw he was cutting off the victim’s head.” The man then allegedly kicked the suspect’s head away from his body.
