The presidential election tribunal on on Wednesday, September 6, upheld president Bola Tinubu’s victory at the February 25 presidential election.
This is as the court dismissed all the petitions filed by Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi including allegations of irregularities, among others.
Recall that Tinubu was declared president with approximately a third of the votes ahead of closest rivals Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
