The General Overseer of Agape Evangelical Ministeries (City of Miracles), Bishop Timothy Otu, has been arrested after a married female evangelist who lodged with him in a hotel was found dead in Aba, Abia State.

According to Promise Uzoma Okoro, the deceased who is a mother-of-five is identified as Evangelist Happiness Echezie.

It is reported that she lodged with Bishop Timothy at Jubilee Guest House Ovom, Ogborhill for intense sex on August 11th, 2023.

It is reported that Timothy had tried to abscond by deceiving the receptionist that he was going to buy food. The manager of the Hotel who suspected foul play immediately reported the matter to the Eastern Ngwa Police Station in Obingwa Local Government Area around around 1am on Sunday morning.

When officers of the Nigerian Police got to the scene of the crime, the woman was found laying naked with foaming saliva coming out of her mouth and nose.
