2027 International STEM Olympiad: Registration opens August 15 for Nigerian students

Nigerian students interested in competing at th 2027 International STEM Olympiad will be able to begin the registration process from August 15, 2026 organisers have announced.

The competition, which attracts participants from across the world, is designed to identify and nurture exceptional talent in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) while encouraging innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving among young learners.

According to the organisers, the registration portal for Nigerian participants will open on August 15, allowing eligible students to submit their applications and prepare for the various stages of the competition leading to the international finals in 2027.

The Olympiad is open to students enrolled in recognised primary and secondary schools, depending on the competition category. Participants are expected to meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the organisers and provide accurate personal and academic information during registration.
