Chrisland celebrates 327 graduates, 16 students shine in 2026 UTME

Chrisland Schools has graduated 327 students across its five secondary schools in Lagos, while celebrating the outstanding performance of 16 students who scored above 320 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The recognition came during the school’s 2026 Joint Valedictory Service and Prize-Giving Ceremony, held at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, under the theme, “Anchored in Values… Launched for Greatness.”

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Chrisland Schools, Mrs. Ibironke Adeyemi, congratulated the graduating students, describing the Class of 2026 as resilient, disciplined and exceptional in both academic and extracurricular pursuits.

She urged the graduates to uphold integrity, pursue excellence and remain committed to lifelong learning as they transition to tertiary education.

Adeyemi highlighted the school’s impressive performance in the 2026 UTME, noting that Eze Somtobena emerged as the highest scorer among the graduating class with an aggregate score of 362. She disclosed that 15 other students recorded scores ranging from 353 to 321, reflecting what she described as the school’s commitment to academic excellence.

The school also presented awards to students who distinguished themselves in academics, leadership, sports and other co-curricular activities during their years of study.

Addressing the graduates, school administrators encouraged them to remain focused on their goals, embrace innovation and use the values instilled in them to make meaningful contributions to society.

The ceremony brought together parents, teachers, alumni and other stakeholders, who celebrated the achievements of the graduating students and expressed confidence in their future endeavours.

Chrisland Schools, one of Nigeria’s leading private educational institutions, said the graduation ceremony marked another milestone in its nearly five decades of providing quality education while nurturing students for leadership and national development.
