Police operatives in Edo State have arrested a yet-to-be-identified boy, who allegedly killed his best friend in Benin City, the state’s capital.

It was gathered that the suspect allegedly attacked and killed the deceased, identified simply as Promise, on Monday night, November 27, at his residence in Jesus Christ road, Upper Sakponba.

After allegedly killing the victim, the suspect tried to chopped off his head but didn’t pull through. He subsequently buried the victim in his father’s grave.

He was, however, arrested on Tuesday afternoon, November 28, 2023.
