Adegoke was dragged before the court by the Directorate of Citizens Rights at the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice on behalf of 24-year-old Chef Dammy, real named Damilola Adeparusi.

The pastor, alongside the Ekiti State Police Command, is accused of infringing on Dammy’s fundamental human rights.
